Requirements and Standards for Cosmetic Packaging Materials and Relevant National Regulations
Classification:
【Brief Description】In fact, all materials used in cosmetic packaging should be non-toxic and safe. Below, we will explain this from six different aspects. 1. Bottles (including plastic and glass bottles) 1.1 The bottle body should be intact, stable, straight, smooth, and of roughly uniform thickness. It must be free of cold cracks, fissures, obvious scars, and deformations. 1.2 The bottle mouth should be straight and free of burrs. In fact, all materials used in cosmetic packaging should be non-toxic and safe. Below, we will explain this from six perspectives.
1. Bottles (including plastic and glass bottles)
1.1 The bottle body is intact, stable, straight, smooth, and of generally uniform thickness. It shows no cold cracks, fissures, obvious scars, or deformations.
1.2 The bottle mouth shall be straight and free of burrs. Matching features (e.g., threads) shall be in good condition and properly aligned.
1.3 Both the inside and outside of the bottle are clean.
1.4 The bottle and cap fit tightly together, with no slipping teeth, looseness, or leakage.
2. Bags (including paper bags, plastic bags, and composite bags)
2.1 There shall be no wrinkles, scratches, or bubbles, and the color shall match the standard sample.
2.2 The seal shall be secure and upright, with no openings, holes, or leakage of paste (or liquid).
2.3 The composite bag exhibits strong lamination, with a uniform coating.
3. Hose
3.1 The pipe body is smooth, neatly finished, of uniform thickness, free from obvious scratches, and matches the standard sample in color.
3.2 The seal shall be secure and must not be opened or folded.
3.3 The cover plate shall comply with the requirements.
4. Boxes (including paper boxes, plastic boxes, and metal boxes)
4.1 The surface of the component is smooth and upright, with no visible scratches or burrs. The color is uniform and consistent with the standard sample.
4.2 The looseness is appropriate and meets the test requirements.
4.3 The mirror and the items inside the box are securely glued to the box, with a clear reflection and no scratches or damage.
5. Spray can
5.1 The tank body is flat, free of rust, with smooth welds; major components show no obvious scratches, and the surface color is uniform, consistent with the standard sample.
5.2 The roll mouth shall be smooth, free of cracks and deformations.
5.3 The cover plate shall comply with the requirements.
5.4 Pump-type spray cans shall comply with the relevant requirements.
6. Spindle tube
6.1 The ends of the pipes shall be smooth and uniform.
6.2 The tube body shall be airtight; the paste should be either screwed out or dispensed normally.
